. They will inform you about the programme of activities and events in the resort

. In winter, they light up their shop front and/or window
. In the summer, they support the municipality in the "Villes et villages fleuris" initiative
. They have tasteful exterior signs and shop sign.
They implement actions to reduce their impact on the environment (sorting, low-energy equipment, etc.)

> Be at your service throughout the season
. They coordinate their opening periods with those of the resort. They remain open until the last day of the season.

> To give you peace of mind on your holidays
. They undertake to implement the measures recommended by the health authorities.
. They display their health protocol in the establishment and/or on their digital tools.
