Come to Vars Coquillages in a warm and festive atmosphere in the heart of Les Claux to share a platter of seafood, shellfish, sushi, fresh fish tartar, caviar and many other surprises UNIQUE to Vars! Our restaurant also features charcuterie from one of France's "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France" MOF, Charcutier Michel Aninat. To accompany all this, we offer a fine selection of wines and champagne. Join us in winter and summer, 7/7 from 5pm to 1am, for a musical evening and numerous events throughout the season. You can also order your shellfish platter or sushi to go or for delivery.
