Built in 2025 on three levels, it comfortably accommodates 8 people.
-On the ground floor, you’ll find a ski room equipped with a boot dryer, and an 11-square-meter bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet.
-On the first floor, there is a 39 m² living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room featuring a pellet stove that can be controlled with a single click for cozy evenings by the fire. You’ll also find a guest restroom and a small terrace on this level.
-On the second level, there is a first bedroom measuring 11 m², a second measuring 8.5 m², a loft area with bunk beds, a bathroom, and a third restroom. The three bedrooms are furnished with 160x200 beds and smart TVs; the loft area features a 90x190 bed and an 80x190 bed, as well as a smart TV.
For your comfort, all rooms have independent underfloor heating. The chalet features a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as Wi-Fi.
A locked garage and two parking spaces in front of the garage complete the chalet.
