CLEANING INCLUDED. Dishes must be washed and put away. The refrigerator must be emptied, and trash must be placed in the designated bins.
Typically, rentals run from Saturday after 3:00 PM to Saturday before 10:00 AM (times are approximate). Short stays are possible (minimum 4 nights), except during the winter high season.
Rates vary by season: from 100 euros to 250 euros per night. A 10% discount applies when the reservation is made less than 10 days before the start of the stay.
Payment by bank transfer or check—due at the time of booking and 100% refundable up to 30 days before the start of the stay.
A security deposit check will be required by our concierge upon the guests’ arrival.
