Can I take a break from my ski pass for a few days and then go skiing again later?

Passes are valid on consecutive days from their start date. We recommend that you choose the pass that best suits your holiday plans. You can buy your pass online HERE .

What time do the ski lifts open?

The ski lifts usually open at 9.00 am. Closing times vary depending on the lift and weather conditions, with operations continuing until as late as 4.50 pm.

Can I use a card from another resort to top up my ski pass?

Yes, if your card is compatible with our ticketing system, you’ll be able to top it up directly using your travel pass.

Can I get a refund for my hands-free kit at the end of my stay?

The cards are non-refundable, but they are reusable and can be topped up for your future stays.

Is my subscription plan personal?

Yes, each package is personalised and reserved for one person only.

I've topped up my mobile plan online. Do I need to go to the till?

No, your pass is activated automatically. You can go straight to the ski lifts.

What happens if I’m ill or unable to ski?

Insurance may be offered when you purchase your package. If you have taken out a policy, please contact the insurer directly to find out the terms and conditions of cover.

Do children under the age of 5 need a pass?

Yes, children under the age of 5 can enter for free, but they must have a special ticket, which can be collected free of charge at the ticket office upon presentation of proof of age.

I’ve got the start date of my plan wrong. How can I change it?

Our checkout staff can make changes before the item is used. An administration fee may apply.
