Come and dance with our mascot during a festive and friendly flashmob! A simple choreography, good humour and an unforgettable moment to share with family and friends.
Lantern-making workshop
2pm to 3pm- Vars les Claux Tourist Office
A creative workshop to make your own lantern and light up the festive season! Glitter, coloured paper and a festive atmosphere. Places are limited, please register at the Tourist Office.
Blind Test
5pm to 6pm – Vars les Claux Tourist Office
Test your musical knowledge in a friendly, fast-paced blind test. Alone or in a team, be the quickest to recognise tracks, artists or themes.

Snowshoe discovery walk
10am to 12pm – Meet at Col de Vars
Discover the snowy landscape on a snowshoe walk supervised by a mountain leader. This outing is accessible to all, combining nature, relaxation and learning about the fauna, flora and mountain environment. Places are limited, so please register with the Tourist Office.
Treasure hunt
2 pm to 3.30 pm – Meet in front of the Vars les Claux Tourist Office
Set off on a frosty adventure in search of hidden treasure! With family or friends, solve riddles, take on challenges and explore snow-covered landscapes to find the coveted loot.
Toboggan ride
4.40pm to 6.30pm – Meet at the bottom of the Chabrières Telemix
Everyone sledge in hand for a giant descent! Helmet and sledge with metal brakes compulsory, ski and snow boots forbidden, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Ski pass not valid: multi-activity pass compulsory.
Chamallow Party
6pm to 7pm – Meet at the Vars les Claux snow front
Come and enjoy a delicious and convivial moment in the heart of the snowy landscape! Toast your marshmallows over an open fire, share laughs and sweets with family and friends, and enjoy a warm moment despite the cold.
It’s a fun and tasty experience, perfect for young and old alike, combining fun, conviviality and gourmet pleasure in the heart of nature.

FIRST TRACK
8.40am – Rescue centre Vars les Claux
The ski patrollers are passionate about their work and invite you to join them as they open the pistes: first tracks, safety, prevention... Level required: 3rd star.
VISIT TO THE SNOW FACTORY
Free entry from 10am to 12pm – Snow factory, Clapier piste
Discovery and explanation of the job of snow maker and artificial snow. Access via the Chabrières telemix, valid ski pass compulsory.
Make-up
3.30pm to 7pm – Vars les Claux snow front
Get ready to shine for New Year’s Eve! Come and enjoy a festive and creative make-up session, and leave with a glamorous, sparkling or original look to welcome in the New Year.
THURSDAY 1 JANUARY
Escape Game
9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm – Meet at the Vars les Claux Snow Front
Quentin, living alone in an igloo at an altitude of 1800 m, has been missing for 3 days. It’s up to you, the mountain rescue team, to find him and get him out in time. You have 20 minutes… Will you be up to the challenge? Places are limited, so register at the Tourist Office.
Archery battle

Dive into the heart of the action and test your accuracy in our archery battle! Solo or in a team, you’ll be thrust into a real arena where strategy, speed and nerve will make all the difference.

“Sun and sky observation, discovering the glittering skies of Vars. For sun observation, I propose a creative activity (sundial, spectroscope, equinoscope…) and to prepare for sky observation, we can create a map of the sky and the Moon that our visitors will take with them. Places are limited, so please register with the Tourist Office.
Draisienne race

A fun and dynamic activity for toddlers! Children set off on a specially adapted course for a race in complete safety.
