The resort is known as the temple of the Kilometre Lancé. Here, the professionals come together to hurtle down the Chabrières piste, the fastest in the world, at dizzying speeds. Imagine skiers going from 0 to over 200 km/h in less than 6 seconds. Incredible races where every thousandth of a second counts and adrenalin is king.

And because the mountains here are also an open-air stage, Vars has made altitude concerts its speciality. Every winter, the resort kicks off the season with a major free concert at the foot of the Eyssinapeaks during the Vars en Scène event. Last year, Bigflo & Oli opened the season, and this 17th edition promises, as always, an unmissable musical launch before closing with a grand DJ set at the Gliss & Mix.
