Head to Vars Coquillages for a warm and festive atmosphere in the heart of Les Claux to share a platter of seafood, shellfish, sushi, fresh fish tartare, caviar, and many other surprises found ONLY in Vars! Our restaurant also features charcuterie from one of France’s “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” (MOF), master charcutier Michel Aninat. To complement it all, we offer a lovely selection of wines and champagne. Visit us winter and summer, 7 days a week from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., in a lively musical atmosphere with numerous events organized throughout the season. You can also order your shellfish platter or sushi for takeout or delivery.
